We launched our first ever product Immune Phix in November 2020.
Five months later in March 2021, we were honoured to win the prestigious World Food Innovation Award 2021: 'Best StartUp' category. The World Food Innovation Awards are hosted by FoodBev and usually announced at the International Food & Drink event in London each year.
However, 2021 was a little different as COVID-19 cancelled all major gatherings!
I, Dr. Conor Kerley, Phytaphix founder, watched the awards presentation remotely from Phytaphix HQ - which was probably a good thing as I had an inflamed cyst on the back of my neck (which later required surgery). You can watch this 37 second video on YouTube in which you can hear me say: 'My neck is kinda sore'!
