We at Phytaphix were delighted to be accepted to exhibit at Bord Bia Bloom - The Flowers, Food & Family Festival for the first time ever!
Bord Bia Bloom is Ireland's largest and most spectacular gardening event and takes place very year on the June Bank Holiday weekend in Ireland's Phoenix Park
When we arrived, our stall looked like this:
But the team got to work:
Thanks Phytaphix team!!!
Good job our stall was well prepared as we had a manic 5 day (Bloom runs from Thursday to Monday).
On Thursday we unofficially launched our 3rd product, Energy Phix. Energy Phix is a powerful but delicious chocolate (cacao) powder to
-help reduce tiredness and fatigue
-normal muscle and nerve function
Energy Phix contains beetroot extract, Irish mushroom, Matcha green tea, rosehip and much more. The Bloom public loved the natural ingredients and declious flavour of Energy Phix...and we sold out! on Thursday, the day we launched Energy Phix, it sold out! After rushing to have some stock to launch on Thursday, we had to drive to collect more on Thursday evening. Sales of energy Phix continued strongly over the next few days at Bloom as well as online and now some pharmacies too!
Energy Phix proved popular with everybody but especially athletes, busy Moms and Dad as well as commuters.
In addition to launching Energy Pjhix at Bloom, we also brought leaflets and empty packaging for our 3 new and exciting, innovative products:
EndoHormone Phix - for female hormone health
Joint Phix - for joint health
Nervous System Phix - for nervous system health
Interest and demand for these new products was so high, we had to open pre-sales and allow people to buy them, even though they're not available - just yet! For more information about these products, simply click on them or contact us anytime and we'll be delighted to answer any questions.
Over the course of the 5 long but exciting days at Bloom, I got to meet:
Celebrity chef Nevin Maguire
My parents!!! They stopped by to say hello, distract us and take some freebies but didn't buy anything!
Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science of Ireland, Simon Harris
Co. Louth Senator and long time support of Phytaphix, Erin McGreehan
And Bord Bia CEO, Jim O'Toole
I even entered a 'best footwear' competition but obviously lost this one:
On the last day I was lucky enough to be invited on stage by the great and lovely Helen Carroll, Journalist, Broadcaster and Presenter on RTE's Farming Programme Ear to the Ground. Check out this 3 minute video below:
Exhibiting at Bloom meant 5 days of 9 hours exhibiting, 1 hour preparation + 1 hour travel... How did I, Conor, get through it - despite living with multiple sclerosis, despite the heat, despite our stand being one of the busiest at Bloom?
Check it out...
