How do I take it?

Follow the dosage on the pack. Most Phytaphix formulas are taken once daily, either as a capsule, sachet or scoop mixed into food or drink. Specific guidance is on the product packaging.

How long until I notice a difference?

Nutrient-based effects build gradually. We recommend a minimum of 12 weeks of daily use to evaluate. Many customers continue indefinitely as part of their routine.
