Although there are lots of dietary supplements and products marketed for improving energy, there is little or no scientific evidence that they actually have any effect on energy or specifically have any benefit among those with Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
However, after an exhaustive search of the available scientific data, there are a select few nutrition components which have been demonstrated to improve outcomes specifically among those with MS
